Credit card in-business control manager

Drive policy and process related changes to Credit card business as well as key controls implementation required by Regional Consumer Business Risk and Controls.
Coordinator of Credit card Manager’s Control Assessment (MCA) to communicate test schedule, track completion and ensure quality of MCA test result.
Work with Credit card team to identify potential issues from process gap or weakness in control process and also provide oversight on corrective actions, business remediation plans, compensating control and impact of issues for issue escalation and resolution on a timely basis.
