Role & Responsibilities:

General Ledger Function:
• Entry Purchase Vat Report and submit PP 30 to Revenue Department
• Entry Sale vat Report and submit PP 30 to Revenue Department
• Issue of Withholding tax certificate
• Entry withholding and submit PND3, PND,53 ,PND54, PP36 to Revenue Department
• Reconciliation purchase vat and sale vat report support external auditor
• Reconciliation Withholding tax support external auditor
• Reconciliation for Freight Tax with PP 30 and submit Tax PND 52 to Revenue Department
• Reconciliation PP 30 with PND 50
• Calculate Income Tax and prepare PND 50, PND 51 and submit to Revenue Department
• Prepare and submit finance statement, list of shareholders, สบช -3 to Ministry of commerce
• Prepare Journal Voucher for closed period
• Provide information and document support Revenue Department for Refund vat , Tax Audit
