IT Consultant – Warehouse Management System

* Support and oversee Warehouse Management System (WMS) and Transport Management System (TMS) operations
* Gather and analyze user requirements
* Analyze, design, and understand system flow, algorithms, and system integration
* Support back-end systems and databases using Microsoft SQL Server
* Query and manipulate data (SELECT, INSERT, UPDATE, DELETE, JOIN) to support users
* Manage project scope, timeline, and deliverables
* Create project plans and track project progress
* Perform system testing including SIT and UAT
* Prepare test cases, test reports, and provide feedback to improve software quality
* Monitor system operations and resolve issues (check, repair, and report)
