I was managing six ongoing projects, MNRE, DBD, Finansia Syrus, Bangkok Life Assurance, Thoresen, and CP, altogether at a time. Mostly I took care of maintenance service agreement and service level agreement for all projects which included, regular updates, troubleshooting, security patching, software and emergency support directly to users for 24/7. I worked on diagrams for add-on in some projects to ensure the continuity which included database structures, DFDs, flowcharts, and user flows. As for the company, I also updated the company's BCP.
