Food Quality Control Officer
Test samples of raw materials and processed products to analyze contaminants, abnormalities, or various quality parameters according to food standards for each product category. This includes testing for chemical residues, analyzing microbial levels, and evaluating other quality aspects.
Inspect production processes to identify defects and provide recommendations to operators and related personnel in order to improve processes and increase production efficiency.

Qualifications for the Profession
- A Higher Vocational Certificate or equivalent, or a bachelor's degree in food science and technology, biotechnology, microbiology, food technology and nutrition, or a related field.
- Knowledge of food quality systems and production standards, such as GMP and HACCP.
- Good physical health, strong sensory abilities such as hearing and vision, and the ability to perform tasks requiring effective hand-eye coordination.
- Attention to detail, agility, strong observation skills, patience, diligence, and creativity.
- Analytical and calculation skills, with the ability to solve problems effectively in urgent situations.
- A positive attitude toward the profession, honesty, integrity, and discipline.
