Senior Customer Care Associate (Remote Position)

- Provide global customer and technical support; manage open cases to resolution
- Troubleshoot issues and escalate to appropriate teams; document via ticketing system
- Activate user accounts, manage the reports/modules access, and issue training certificates
- Support project teams during study setup, maintenance, and close-out phases
- Collect end-user feedback through surveys; ensure accurate and timely communication
- Assist to administer the Questionnaires for patients through the study conducting
- Collaborate across time zones; maintain strong knowledge of Axiom’s products and studies
