the Internet Data Center
- Support/Troubleshoot computer systems, including
hardware, software, network, and peripheral equipment
- System backup and disaster recovery, system securities
- Manage server room, coordinate and facilitate clients who
come in contact
- Install, manage, monitor network systems, and troubleshoot
issues for clients
- Receive problem reports via email, phone, Ticket System,
coordinate with technical and other related departments
