- Contact with systems user with Problem , Request, Coordinate with IT owner for
troubleshoot problem ,Troubleshoot basic problem to user and management about create
- Check the rights for allowing the new joiner employee in creating the Active Directory Account.
- Coordinate with IT Infrastructure for creating Employee E-mail accounts and log the report as the requests.
- Allow or change the users that the department of user has requested as the request and refer to the same access
as the system role ext. AS400 , Salesforce , DI Scan , Infoarchive , venio and other system in Organization.
- Change the right by the authorized reference as the role of systems.
- Disable the users or revoke them out of the systems in case that the users resign from the organization
and log the report.
- Allow for access the Share folder from the user requests in the different departments, refer to It Infra condition for adding the member to the Group on the Active Directory System
