- Respond to calls/emails from employees seeking help with most appropriate action and follow-up and update incident status and information
- Identify and escalate situations requiring urgent attention.
- Change the authorization as reference with the role of systems.
- Check the rights for allowing the new joiner employee in creating the account by Active Directory system (Microsoft Exchange, Azure Active Directory, Microsoft Intune).
- Use Anti-virus, Terminal Server, IP Phone system, Calabrio, Google G-Suite, Office 365, AirWatch, Cisco Umbrella, LINE Works and for users management
- Manage IT application and deployment for new employees/resgined employees to follow company policy such as Files server,
Punctual.
- Disable or revoke them out of the systems in case that the users resign from the organization and log the report.
