● Support Human Resource Role (i.e. Employee ID Conduction, updating New joiner & Leaver, Parking space registration etc.)
● Provide the accurate detail to employees in more need.
● Handle Facilities role for the maintenance and site-walk project conclusion to the manager.
● Relevant HR Report file utilization to Business Operation Department.
● Liaisons with the landlord when required.
● Create work-orders and assignments to multiple technicians, subcontractors and vendors.
● Communicate work-orders to technicians and assist management in resolving a problem.
● Coordinate with the oversea payroll team regarding the related expense.
● Tracking and recording company assets.
● Receive and sort daily mails/parcels.
● Receive and sign on invoices/confidential files on behalf of company staff.
● Handling the parcel to the international and domestic
● Other duties may be assigned by Facilities Manager
