All internal and external calls must be answered
• Anticipate guest need and handle guest inquiries in a helpful and attentive
manner
• While dealing with Members through the phone, making sure that“ Telephone
Etiquette manner is always used.”
• Received, handle and relaying of member messages, voice mail and facsimiles
in an efficient timely manner as per Marriott policy.
• Offer our member the best possible service through courteous and proper
phone answering procedures through proper telephone procedures.
• Ensure all members experiencing a problem receive an immediate response
along with satisfactory resolved, any promised compensation is delivered and
all members receive appropriate follow up in a timely and professional manner.
• Full knowledge of Club Residence, member service, Club Resort and Club
Connection and know of how important of each area.
• Handling a courtesy calls with Members prior to arrival in a proper timely
manner, and make sure with all section concerned in regard to All Members
requests.
• Operate and control the club residence paging system per procedures
• Assist Lounge Service department as required
