● Handle client's inquiries/request on a daily basis via different channels (i.e. Incoming call, electronic mail, live chat and website)
● Liaisons with relevant departments to get the request done.
● Handle client complaints/compliment and report to the supervisor.
● A client database updating.
● Provide a product detail and ensure a high client satisfaction.
● Other work assigned by the supervisor.
