● Welcome the guest throughout the working day with a professional manner.
● Food and snack management.
● Ensure that all the areas of the privilege lounge/bellman are clean and well-maintained.
● Handle overall hotel tasks (i.e. providing the related information) from external and internal customers.
● Contribute to a client satisfaction at all times by providing a high quality service during their stay.
● Handle complaints and troubleshoot problems from clients.
