● Collect and review invoices/PO and submit the payment towards Financial Department
● Verify billings and documents related to office and company expenses
● Handle petty cash and all bank-related matters
● Coordinate with the partnership regarding the corporate contract (i.e. Vehicle Rental, Accommodation,
Recruitment Agency etc.)
● Prepare purchase requisition. Such as office suppliers, pantry ordering etc.
● Parcel and registered mail management both domestic and international.
● Responsible for managing activities related to the office service operation.
● Develop and motivate positive relationships with the partner.
● Assist Human Resource Department for VISA and Work Permit
● On/Off-boarding employee conduction
● Other works which required by Admin Manager
