Being actively involved in recruitment by preparing job posting and managing the hiring process. The vacancy that I worked for are marketing officer (On-board in 60 Positions), programmer (On-board in 10 Positions), maid and accountant.
Making sure that staff get paid correctly and on time.
Monitoring staff performance and attendance.
Negotiating salaries, contracts, working condition or redundancy packages with staff and representatives.
Making work instructions (WI) by coordinating with the line managers.
