- Implement and manage an effective legal compliance program
- Develop and review company policies
- Advise management on the company’s compliance with laws and regulations through details reports
- Arrange BOD meeting and take meeting minutes
- Ensure the company to comply with the CG Code and report to SET and SEC on regular basis
- Draft and review business related contract and letter
- Provide legal opinion as needed
- Translated documents from Thai to English/English to Thai as needed
