- Draft and negotiate related to property law ranging from real estate transactions, construction contract to sales and purchase agreement
- Draft and negotiate contracts for the company’s interests as assigned
- Liaise with external lawyer for litigation case
- Provide legal advice or opinion to other business units
- Research and update new regulations on regular basis
- Translated documents from Thai to English/English to Thai as needed
