HR Generalist

• Set up HR & GA system (Payroll, Recruitment, Employee Relations, Policies and other related)
- Manage payroll, social security, visa&work permit[BOI] and overall admin task.
- Perform and develop recruitment process.
- Drive OKR, improve and implement performance management to employee
- Create and handle employee relations activities.
