- Researching and mapping out markets to identify the most sought-after candidates in the market.
- Planning out recruitment strategies, search objectives and workflow for client's projects.
- Managing and coordinating recruitment projects to ensure assignments are completed on timeline.
- Supervising the subordinates about all recruitment process including driving to reach the KPI.
- Consulting with clients on job specifications or requirements; and also, assisting in the negotiations.
- Contacting, screening and interviewing candidates to assess suitability.
- Reporting and working alongside to Line Manager (Client), VP-Recruitment.
- Performing other tasks that assigns.

Achievement:
- Establish mass-recruit 100 HC in CNX branch (E-Commerce & transportation)
- Promoted to be senior recruitment consultant within i year and half.
- Received top 10 best performance (outsourcing department) in 2018.
- Drove subordinate to achieve Senior Recruitment position.
