- Retroact recheck payroll and compensation.
- Prepare and check salary every 15 days for payroll timeline.
- Management data from soft file to set up payroll program online with Accounting Department. (Action Project Manager)
- Checking time attendance every day to compare manpower daily from the factory line.
- Payment salary for ex-pats labor.
- Support labor to open banking account and follow VISA's new labor.
- Monthly recheck labor live quality in the factory dorm.
- Contact SSO
- Follow and compile KPI monthly from each department to report on factory meetings.
- Plan system management for HR tools (Salary Structure, Position level, Recruitment Strategy, Individual Development Plan, Competency-Based Interview, Job Description, and Working Manual, etc.)
- Set recreational activities for each month.
- Assign daily goal to recruit for a team from department request and support team find a candidate to achieve the goal.
- Write content for recruitment and follow feedback from the target group.
- Find trends online to recruit compete best quality person.
- Meeting feedback teamwork and adjust feedback.
- Response to management policy and pro-active action.
- Presentations HR KPI monthly.
- Creation payroll system and recheck compensation for Veterinary and Veterinary Assistant every month.
- Summary total monthly report compensation target for the board.
- Internal check work regulations and welfare for employees in another branch.
- Define job description for another position with Veterinary.
- Management review to set yearly plan (Manpower, Training, Budget to payroll, System hospital)
- Action recruit and interview process Veterinary, Veterinary Assistant, and Officer follow request.
- Booking timeline for interview candidate.
- Plan in-house training crocus for Veterinary Assistant and find outside training for Veterinary.
- Evaluate performance with Head of the section for a new employee and report to General Manager
