Associate Consultant

To perform job and task analysis to meet client objective and requirements.
Source and recruit suitable candidates by using company’s database and job board.
Pre-screening and make an appointment with the candidates.
Conduct in interview session.
Conclude candidate profile and update to consultant.
End to end in recruitment functions such as sourcing (Database, job board etc.), pre-screening, making an appointment, packaging survey, employment contract and contract signing.
Liaison with Line Manager and other departments for the interview arrangement.
Other related works as assignments.
