- Provided first-line support by creating tickets and
escalating complex issues to the appropriate teams.
- Receive and solve IT problems for employees within the company.
- Coordinate IT between User and Development Team, Create program user manual documents.
- Train User in using various programs in the organization.
- Provide IT consultation to User and present IT solutions to develop the organization.
- Create and maintain the organization's IT asset control system (IT Inventory).
- Preparing and maintaining IT equipment, Preparing equipment for new employees
