BRD Project: Created a Business Requirement Document to address system-wide issues at Central Retail, collaborating with various teams to provide solutions.
QC & Enrichment: Conducted quality control and continuous product information updates for Central Retail Online, using Python and SEO tools to optimize sales.
User Acceptance Testing: Performed manual User Acceptance Testing for new functions on Central Retail's mobile and web platforms.
Data & Support: Managed databases and supported tools for the Content Marketing team, including Spear, Service Gate, Magento, Akeneo, and DBeaver.
