o Verify tickets, guide customers to their seats, and provide information on films and cinema facilities.
o Respond to customer complaints and queries in a timely and professional manner.
o Enforce cinema policies and procedures, including those related to film piracy and lost property.
o Monitor screens for picture and sound quality, temperature, customer disturbance, and health and safety issues.
